- Include original packaging when possible

How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Applicable shipping rates are shown at checkout for your reference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at moritztugaq@gmail.com.
After this window, cancellation may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.
