Order Processing

At 我的商店, all orders are prepared once payment is verified. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. During busy periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may extend beyond this timeframe.

After your order leaves our facility, delivery usually takes between 7-12 business days. Actual transit times depend on your shipping destination, customs procedures, and local postal services. Delays outside our control may also occur due to weather or carrier issues.

Shipping fees for your order are calculated based on the specific items in your cart and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Early cancellation requests enable us to halt fulfillment promptly.
